Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours after you have settled your order. No extra fee will be charged.

If the goods are being packed or even dispatched, you will be responsible for an administrative charge of 20% of the price of goods and a delivery shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If you have mistakenly placed duplicated order, you can inform us to cancel your order within 24 hours without extra fee. An administrative charge of 10% will be charged from you if the orders are being packed or dispatched.

You may request for cancellation only by email. 
 


14 Days Return & Refund Policy

A. Unwanted returns

If for whatever reason you change your mind after receiving the goods, you may return your non-faulty order for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee within 14 days of receipt of the goods, given the below conditions are met:

  1. All returned items are purchased from our website with a copy of your receipt or invoice;

  2. All returned items must be in new condition and unopened as received;

  3. All associated items included packaging, accessories, manuals and free gifts must be returned to us faultlessly

 Please be Noted:

-  Customers are responsible for all the fees of returning items

- We can only refund the selling price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

- The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery onwards as shown on the tracking page and the period is counted on the basis of working days.

- No refund will be made after the 14-day period


B. Dead on Arrival, Wrong items and Defective items

If you find that your received items are faulty or dysfunctional due to manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt, customers can exercise the right to a full refund and exchange. 


However, the refund of return postage is not included, given
 the below conditions are met:

  1. All returned items are purchased from our website with a copy of your receipt or invoice;

  2. All returned items are unused and unopened as received;

  3. All associated items included packing material, accessories, manuals and free items must be returned to us faultlessly;

  4. The returned item is examined by the manufacturer and proved fault on item by us on product when received

Please be Noted:

- No restocking fee will be charged. Yet, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee from your refund if your items do not met the above conditions.

Damage on packaging or box are not accepted as a case of DOA Returns and these cases are not eligible for refund, repair and exchange.

- If an item that you have purchased is faulty after 14 days of the delivery of the product, you will be covered by our 1-year warranty service.

- The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery onwards as shown on the tracking page and the period is counted on the basis of working days. 


How to request on refund

Before sending us back the goods, please contact us at info@ensonore.com for a Return Merchandise Authorisation ( RMA ) Number, the postage address and obtain approval within the 14-day period.

Returns without RMA approval will be considered as unwanted non-faulty returns and customers will be liable for any damage or loss of the refund items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to offer a partial refund for items returned in far from satisfactory conditions mentioned above.

Returning of goods

Customers are liable for any loss or damage for the goods during return shipment. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using the licensed and traceable services.

Once you have shipped the goods, please send us a confirmation email with a track number for getting your shipment status and as a proof of delivery. 

Please ensure to ship items with the receipts back to us within 14 days from the date of your approval by RMA.


Refund

Once we receive and inspect your items, refund will be submitting within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item.

A credit will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. 

A refund confirmation will be sent to you after we have done the refund.
