How does AI human-shape tracking work?
Human-shape framing and automatic image zooming are the AI focus features of Enfokus webcam.
When a person enters the angle range of the camera or moves, the webcam will automatically record the body shape, zoom the video screen and maintain the video screen at an appropriate size.
How can I connect camera with TV?
The Enfokus requires two USB ports on the computer. When connected you can use the camera, speaker and mic of the equipment for video conferencing.
To use your big screen TV, you need to connect the computer video port to your TV via HDMI or VGA port.
Can I use it in Europe?
The camera comes with an extra USB charging port as well as an auto voltage power supply that ranges from 110 to 240 volts.
In this situation, a plug converter may be required.
Does this work with Goolge Hangouts on a Mac?
Yes it does. You can run the Enfokus on google hangouts on a Mac.
Does this have a tripod mount on the base?
We apologise that there is no tripod mount on the base as it is evidently designed to sit on a table.
How well does it function in an office to capture text on a whiteboard?
The mic drops off sharply at 6'. The quality is adequate for displaying whiteboard objects that would be visible to someone in the room looking at it from the same distance - just avoid detailed detail.
How close to your face can it get?
Enfokus is a fantastic camera. You'll need to figure out how to arrange it where you'll be most comfortable.

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacture defects of the products purchased. For damages caused by accidents or human errors, unfortunately they are not included in the guarantee. We will be responsible for all labour costs for repairing the faulty units.
Within the warranty period of 12 months, customers will need to bear the postage for returning the product back to us and we will cover the costs for shipping the product back to you after service.
Can your warranty be transferable to any person?
No. Our warranty is not transferable to any person other than the one who purchased the item from us.
What is your repair process?
You can send your product to be repaired through our Customer Services Team.
If your product is no longer within the Manufacturers Guarantee period, or has been damaged as a result of an accident, then there will be a non-refundable charge of ? to cover the inspection and estimation costs which will be deducted from the final repair price if you proceed with the repair.
None of our repairs take place in store.
How long does a repair usually take?
We advise that repairs can take around 4-6 weeks.
This is subject to parts being available and the length of time taken to respond to any estimates that are sent to you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We expedite our orders from Hong Kong. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 4th - 7th working day after your payment is credited to our account.
How do I place an Order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we would be unable to make amendments to your delivery.
However, before your order has been dispatched it may be possible to make amendments to your delivery by contacting our Customer Service team.
If you would like to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, please us via email. If the item has been dispatched already, we will have to organise for the item to be returned and a refund processed.

If you would like to obtain a copy of your invoice/receipt, please email us with your order reference and they will be able to send a copy of this to you.
